Saturday 25th December The Christmas flower arrangements were as beautiful as ever behind and to the side of the Altar at the start of our Annual celebration to mark the birth of Christ |

Sunday 24th December A packed Church celebrated the birth of Christ by a 30 minute Carol service followed by the Christmas Eve Mass |
Saturday 24th December At the start of Mass on Christmas Eve the last of the five candles is lit. The other four candles having been lit at the start of each of the previous four weekly Masses of Advent Click on the picture to light the Christmas Candle - something for the children to do |

Rememberance Sunday 13th November After the Mass, Terry presented the wreath of poppies, and the Last Post was played to remember the fallen of the two World Wars and those who have died in more recent conflicts such as Afghanistan and Iraq. Sunday 11th September You can now park in confidence that your car is in the right place as not only has the car park received a long overdue resurfacing but it has also had new parking bays marked out. Note that some are specifically for disabled drivers or passengers. |

Sunday 24th April The most important day in the Catholic year and a celebration that goes back to the time of Christ, predating Christmas by hundreds of years. On this day Christ rose from the dead and showed himself to a select few. |

Saturday 23rd April A beautiful Mass in a beautifuly decorated Church. The Mass starts with the lighting of a fire at the back of the Church from which the incense and the Easter Candle, once it has been prepared, are lit. All the congregation carry candles which are lit from the same source. The readings are heard in candle light. The font and the water is blessed and then the congregation renew their Baptismal promises.

Thursday 21st April On this day we remember the Last Supper where Jesus washed the feet of his Disciples. Some of the Congregation have their feet washed by the Priest

Sunday 17th April Palm Crosses were distributed and blessed during the Service today to remind us of the Palms that were layed down before Jesus as He entered Jerusalem. The Easter story of His trial and Crucifixion was also told. |

Sunday 3rd April All the Ladies received a daffodil as they left the Church

Sunday 6th March 2011 At this Sunday’s Mass we welcomed Mike Batty, who was received into Full Communion with the Catholic Church and received the Sacrament of Confirmation. The First Holy Communion Children, who are preparing to become full members of the Church later this year, did the Readings and Bidding Prayers during the Mass today. |
